1. Reservation Process

Direct Booking: Guests can book directly through the hotel’s website, reservation desk, or mobile app.

Third-party Platforms: Reservations are also accepted via travel agents and online booking platforms.

Advance Booking: Reservations are recommended to be made in advance, particularly during peak seasons, to ensure availability.

Room Preferences: Guests can request preferences (e.g., specific view, bed type, or smoking/non-smoking rooms), subject to availability.
2. Guarantee and Payment
✓ Cash/Cheque/ RTGS / a Valid Cedit Card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
✓ Full or partial payment may be required depending on the booking.
✓ Rates are subject to applicable taxes.
3. Check-in and Check-out Policies

Check-in Time: Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM. Early check-in may be allowed, subject to availability and additional charges.

Check-out Time: Standard check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late check-out may be arranged, subject to availability and additional charges.

Identification: A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all guests.
4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Free Cancellation: Free cancellation is allowed up to 36–72 hours before the check-in date.

Late Cancellation Fees: 50% of the total amount is refundable when cancellations made up to 24 - 36 hours before the check-in date.

Late Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made within 24 hourse before the check-in date is non-refundable.

No-Show Fees: Failing to arrive without prior notice results in a charge equivalent to one night or the entire stay, depending on the booking.
5. Refunds and Modifications

Refunds: Refunds for cancellations or modifications depend on the rate plan and timing of the request.

Changes: Changes to bookings, such as date adjustments or room upgrades, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6. Special Requests

Amenities and Services: Requests for amenities like baby cots, or accessibility features are accommodated when possible.

Events and Celebrations: Special arrangements for occasions (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries or honeymoons) can often be arranged with prior notice.
7. Group Bookings

Custom Policies: Group bookings (e.g., for conferences or weddings) may involve customized policies, including deposits, minimum stay requirements, and cancellation terms.
8. Guest Conduct
✓ Guests are expected to maintain appropriate behavior and respect the comfort of others. Disorderly conduct, illegal activities, or breach of the hotel’s policies may result in eviction without refund.
✓ Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in non-smoking areas.
9. Pet and Child Policy
